Lines, lines, lines
This week is either gonna kill me or make me stronger. Or just keep me in a state of smelling like ranch dressing.
It is go time for "You're a Good Man Charlie Brown". Dress rehearsals, last minute touches and 5 performances. Big Funny Kid and the kids in his grade have 2 tests and 4 quizzes this week. And a Quest. Which is one teacher's way of combining a quiz and a test.
In addition to that yours truly has:
- a meeting with my ELL student plus subsequent interviews and writing up my Abstract
- Faculty/Staff Appreciation meeting that I am doing all the printing/media for. And my printer just went down. OK actually it may be dead. Really dead.
- Giant Project tete a tete wherein a rotating carousel that dangles from a ceiling will be discussed and the Leaders will be happy and I will somehow be within budget
- Groceries/Laundry/House Management/Etc
- And a GIANT re-write for my New Media Literacy lesson plan PLUS pecha kucha
Since I haven't studied for my Praxis yet, I had to use a calculator to figure out what kind of hours lie ahead Monday-Friday: Answer: 90 hours.
Let's see - 24 hours in a day times 5 days minus 90 hours means......30 hours of sleep which means 6 hours a night which is totally doable. In fact it may be an easy week......
Oh wait - I forgot to factor in the grocery/laundry/home management thingie. Plus the drive time. Plus working on my taxes....plus Public Art Omaha...plus.....
......oh yeah - study for my Praxis. Especially the math part.
OK - I will work backwards: Monday - Friday x 24 hours a day gives me 120 hours to work with. Let's see.....that means I have.....
Screw it.....it is just gonna be a busy week.
Good thing I believe in Magic.
I believe.

compared to your week mine might be a breeze!
