Another day of projects at Chez Loco.
Linus shirt almost done. Peppermint Patty shirt Proves Problematic but......we got it.
Each line on Linus' shirt takes 5 minutes to color in. There are 13 lines on front and 13 lines on back. Plus weird attempts to connect it from the sides. Plus the sleeves. My lines are pretty good. But my ability to color in the lines is Excellent. Shout out to Big Funny Kid's 8th Grade Science Project Board which allows me to work my magic.
Oh......and speaking of Big Funny Kid.....he and I worked on another "build" today. Specifically a shoulder mount for his camera.
Camera store closed. No Quick Release plate.
2 trips to Lowes.
At least 4 times I said to him "Do NOT EVER do what I am about to do." (while operating a chop saw).
1 time I said "Face the wall. Do not turn around. No matter how much I scream."
1 time he said to me "MOM! Do not sniff the All-Cement! It says so on the label!"
But we managed to get Phase 1 built.
He is happy. And that makes me happy.
Tomorrow: procure a kazoo, kite rigging, toilet paper, size 8 yellow high top Converse, more wig heads, a really good paint brush, and demographics for ELL students at my new school and for the state. Plus I have to re-write a lesson plan using the CCTC general standards for Special Education.
I took the wrong week to give up sniffing glue.

You are amazing in all ways!
